Women's Long Quilted Hooded Sleeveless Puffer Vest

This long puffer vest is quilted throughout, hooded, and cut without sleeves so that it layers cleanly. It falls just below the knee and works over sweaters and long sleeve tops equally well. A side zip opens the hem right up whenever you start to walk.
